- Email us by selecting 'Customer Services' below, fill in your details and we'll get back to you ASAP, usually within 24-hours (except at weekends).
- Call 0203 409 4432, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30 (excluding bank holidays). Calls charged at standard BT local rates, may be more from mobiles.
If you need to report your card as lost or stolen, login to your account and select Lost / Stolen, this will immediately block your card. DO NOT USE THIS FORM.
